The Service Design Landscape is a research project developed by Politecnico di Milano and running since October, 2017. Born on the occasion of ServDes.2018 Conference, it intends to drive, inspire, and inform about the service design development practice around the world in three main areas: Higher Education Programmes, Consultancies, and Research Centres. Public Innovation Labs, networks and initiatives will be included in the following update. It is addressed to the forthcoming students of service design who wish to get a better picture of the educational offer, allowing them to compare it and be able to choose with more criteria and in a more precise way according to their needs and expectations; to the professionals interested in the practice and evolution of service design at a worldwide level; to those who research in this field, allowing them to identify their counterparts around the world, getting to know the areas and topics others are working on and enabling possibilities for future collaborations. This project will evolve and improve thanks to the contribution of the service design community.
